Three evening barbeques before winter returned but hopefully it can only get warmer……….!

On Monday I visited Alison at “The Village Shop, Cowley Manor Hotel” in Gloucestershire which is ranked by Vogue magazine as one of the best boutiques in the UK and I can certainly see why – you must visit if you are in the area !!! Anyway we are delighted that they approached us to be a stockist and they are now supporting a selection of my pearl earrings, pearl necklaces and some silver hearts.

Arrived back in the UK on Saturday and still feeling the effects of too much food and wine! Hong Kong was as awesome as ever and the five day International Jewellery Fair at the harbour front complex was breathtaking – 3000 stands of some of the finest handmade designer jewellery in the world. The freshwater pearls were sublime but after ten acres of every shape size and colour even they began to lose their attraction. I am delighted with what we have bought for the year and I anticipate a whole new range of pearl jewellery ( including pearl bracelets, pearl chokers and pearl earrings ) will begin to appear over the next few weeks. I am especially pleased with some quite exceptional pearl pendants – so keep close to the website. We have also identified some new ranges which will also come online over the next few months. An added bonus in a rather hectic schedule was seeing my sister Tayma, her husband Martin, my two nieces Emma and Annabelle, Annabelles husband Kieran and Ben and Emma’s new baby Archie – who is just adorable. Daughter Katie even came down from Tokyo. No wonder we are exhausted.

Hope you have seen we have put an end of range sale on the site for pearl earrings. We have also revised the site and added some really great pearl jewellery including a pearl choker and other designer pearl jewellery . I have upgraded the Couture Jewellery and included some pearl wedding jewellery for good measure. I will shortly be adding many new items from our trip to the Far East including pearl bracelets, pearl earrings and some stunning pearl necklaces. I’m sitting in my studio writing this, the first quiet period since I came back from holiday I’m pleased to say! We have done a lot of thinking as to what form my designer jewellery will take this year particularly as I am off to Hong Kong, China and Japan shortly to source new freshwater pearls for my collection. The new range of pearl necklaces, pearl bracelets and pearl earrings must reflect the exciting new fashion trends for the summer. I will also be making a number of changes to the designer jewellery and how the website portrays designer pearls to most effect

As for Valentines Day I can see many of you have already made your selection from the handmade pearl jewellery but you still have more than enough time to give him the web address or better still call me in the shop 01937 835847……………!
